How do you know if the fuse is not good? If you look closely in the fuse, you are going to a metal filament. Usually this filament is curved and in the shape of the letter "S". In case the fuse is bad, this filament will be looking broken and charred. Replace the fuse and have got fixed your trouble. If the "S" isn't broken and nothing appears burned, the fuse is good and it isn't the good reason.
Now you've put the actual electric jack in place as the old jack was and secure it while new bolts and nuts. The next step is to wire electrical jack however battery.
