With just only a couple of days left until the much-awaited release of Thandel, starring Chaitanya Akkineni and Pallavi Sai, excitement is building. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film recently hosted its pre-release event in Hyderabad. Initially planned as an private gathering, the event was expected to feature the popular actor Allu Arjun as the chief guest. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, he couldn’t attend, leading to his father, Allu Aravind, stepping in to offer an explanation. Thandel is scheduled to premiere on February 7, 2025. Meanwhile, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the director of Animal, Tollywood Collections was present at the event, wishing success to the team and expressing his best wishes for their success. "Allu Arjun has recently returned from overseas and is currently suffering from severe gastritis, which is the reason for his absence," Allu Aravind explained.
