Fans are willing to tolerate him stroll in slow motion for a substantial amount of time without action. In an exclusive interview with Pink Villa, RGV stated, "Acting is linked to a character, while celebrity status focuses around performance, and there’s a significant difference between the two. I wonder he could play a character like Bhikhu Mhatre, which was played by Manoj Bajpayee in *Satya*." He further, "However, viewers love to see Rajinikanth in that signature manner. It creates a thrill that doesn’t necessarily come from a character’s depth. When a celebrity takes on a more traditional role, it can frequently be disappointing." RGV’s remarks didn’t go down with Rajinikanth’s followers, Tollywood Box Office Collection who took to social media to criticize the *Satya* director.
