The unlikely comparison was offered up by the progressive during his monologue on Friday's 'Real Time', days after Trump's lawyers claimed their client has been unable to obtain a bond to guarantee payment of the civil-fraud judgment against him.
Running through topics that included a prospective federal TikTok ban and the incidents currently plaguing beleaguered Boeing, Maher first honed in on Trump's supposed inability to pay his $454million fine.
The sum, he pointed out, is due Monday - leading him to bring up the comic-strip character's notorious distaste for webtoon (https://oregairu.net) that day of the week.
